We provide supervised RAT’s for international travel. Below is a list of common queries for our patients regarding our supervised RAT for international travel.

1. When are RAT’s conducted? 

Monday to Friday:

• • • 8:00am – 9:00am
    • 11:00am – 12:00pm
    • 3:00pm – 4:00pm
    • 4:30 – 5:30pm

Sunday: 10:0am – 11:00am

Tests are not conducted at any other time. There is no testings on Saturday.

2. How much do supervised does a RAT costs? 

Monday to Friday: $120

Sunday and Public Holidays: $150

3. How long does it take ?

15 minutes. Your is result is available while you wait. We will print your result.

4. Do I need to bring my own RAT?

No. A RAT is provided and included in the price above.

5. How do I book?

Book online via our Website. If you are unable to book online, please fill in the a new registration form and call the practice to book an appointment. Please ensure your registration form is completed accurately and before calling.

6. Are QR codes provided?

Yes. QR are codes are provided with results.

          7. What do I do if I don’t have an Australian phone number to register as a patient?

Please call reception and we will book you in over the phone.

8. If you have tested positive to COVID-19, and you’re in a hotel. 

You need to notify your hotel, negotiate your stay in the same room (if possible) as per the Department of Health recommendations you must be isolate for 7 days. If you can’t stay in your hotel, please fill in this application for emergency accommodation and call 1800 365 100 and press zero. You may be moved to a quarantine hotel.
